Total Success in Real Estate® is owned by Jerry R. Smith. Alice Taylor Baker and Jerry Smith host the 12 sessions of the base program. Their experience in real estate sales, management, training and coaching combined with researching the success habits of top real estate professionals creates an perfect opportunity for participants to reach higher levels of success.
Alice Tayor Baker
Alice has been an educator for over 30 years, starting with teaching elementary school. She became a real estate agent in the 1980’s and moved into management 10 year later. She tripled the volume of the real estate company she was managing by using the principles of Integrity Coaching and teaching the associates Integrity Selling. For five years Alice facilitated for Integrity Systems, certifying new instructors. Alice is a “Certified Real Estate Success Coach” and continues to facilitate Integrity Coaching® helping others earn this coaching designation and also personally coaches real estate Sales Associates and Managers to improve their personal productivity.
Jerry R. Smith
Jerry started his career in real estate when he was just 24. Seven years later he purchased the company he was with and it grew to be the largest real estate and property management company in his state.
He served as President of his local board, was named Realtor of the Year for his local board, was President of his State Association and State Realtor of the Year.
He was a Director of National Association of Realtors for nine years serving on various national committees including Professional Standards. He earned his GRI, CRS and CRB designations as well as a Certified Professional Standards Instructor.
After selling his real estate and property management companies, he was a regional manager and then Vice President of Education for one of the Cendant companies. After being introduced to the Integrity Systems® programs by Alice, he left Cendant in 2001 to be President of Integrity Systems. Alice and Jerry have worked with over 1500 managers to increase their leadership and coaching skills, and worked with thousands of Sales Associates with various programs in the US, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea. Contributing articles and process offered to members of Total Success in Real Estate are authored by some of the best real estate professionals available.
